Betfair Trading Software

Well 2011 has gone and we have ended up with a nice profit of 33.54 units for the year, So if were to lay $100 on every selection your profit would have been $3,354, Not bad for an beginner.

I think there can be some improvement on the 0-0 lays. I have 2 ideas, but they involve in-play trading which I am unable to do on-line here in Aus because of stupid government laws.

  1. LAY 0-0 HT - if bet loses then LAY 0-0 FT at half time.
The selections made expect goals in the game there is a heavy favourite so by laying 0-0 in the 2nd half for the same stake as used on the 0-0HT will reduce the loss. (Beware of the 0-0 final score as this will also compound loses)
  2. LAY 0-0 HT and BACK 0-0FT then LAY 0-0FT at half time if still in.
By backing 0-0FT to 75% of the 0-0HT stake then trading out at half time wil reduce the the loss on the 0-0HT lay if no goals.
I have not done any stats on these strategies so beware, I will keep records as they are, and you can modify strategies if you wish. Time zone and in-play restrictions keep me from doing these new ideas accurately.

Wishing everyone a very Happy Green Year
