Football Results Downloader

Everyone knows of www.football.data.co.uk, the easiest and most convenient way to get football results in a .csv format to import to Excel or some other database to do your own analysis.

But for most Punters trying to get all the leagues at once can be a bit challenging, so a lot of time is spent downloading all 22 leagues one at a time. 

With this in mind I have developed Football Results Downloader, a simple application that will download all league results from football.data.co.uk in one go. Not only will it download the current season, but also has settings to download the previous seasons for your analysis.

And as an added bonus I have included an Excel Spreadsheet that will automatically import all current season leagues to their own tab. 

I have seen forum after forum members asking how to web scrape results, or even just where to get results, well here it is.

This application is amazing for the "not so tech savvy punter", who just wants to test out their own theories.

Remember from my previous post that 46% (47) of these games are 0-0 at HT so may be more opportunity for some profits.

Of those 47 games 16 (35%) went on to be 0-0 at full time.
